The Process

From important question to usable decision record.

Every Clerisi session begins with a consequential question, uses a format suited to the intellectual task, gives participants and audiences defined roles, and preserves the resulting record for further learning and decision-making.

Stage 01

Choose the format

Use Idea Arena for competing positions, Idea Court for a specific claim, Breakthrough Stage for a developed proposal or thesis, and Idea Lab for facilitated synthesis.

Stage 02

Define the object being tested

The proposition, claim, thesis, decision problem, or workshop objective is made explicit, together with the rules of participation.

Stage 03

Run the live session

Moderators protect the structure, speakers and contributors develop the case, and the audience participates through questions, voting, or response signals where enabled.

Stage 04

Capture the record

The session recording and core context are captured. Transcripts, key moments, claim notes, evidence references, and closing synthesis may be added through editorial work where available.

Stage 05

Develop selected outputs

Selected sessions may support clips, summaries, briefs, resources, or long-form analysis. These are editorial outputs, not an automatic promise attached to every event.

Stage 06

Publish to archive

Published records are connected by topic, format, contributor, event, and content type so users can continue beyond one session.
