The operating terms for Clerisi users, contributors, event participants, partners, and protected-content users.
1. Overview
These terms describe the intended operating rules for Clerisi. The binding published version should be reviewed and maintained by qualified legal counsel.
Core rule: Clerisi is a structured public decision-intelligence and knowledge platform. Users should not treat live discussion, editorial summaries, preliminary assessments, or archive labels as legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
2. Accounts and access
Users may need an account, registration, event pass, membership, institutional entitlement, or partner access to use some Clerisi features.
3. Events, replays, and resources
- Event access may be free, paid, invite-only, approval-based, waitlisted, member-only, or institutionally gated.
- Replay, transcript, clip, article, resource, and archive access may differ from live event access.
- Clerisi may update event pages, speakers, timing, outputs, or availability where operationally necessary.
4. User submissions and contributions
Users may submit ideas, claims, evidence, comments, questions, speaker applications, partner inquiries, or feedback. By submitting material, users confirm they have the right to submit it and allow Clerisi to review, moderate, edit for clarity, reject, publish, or archive it according to platform rules.
5. Editorial control
Clerisi retains editorial control over event framing, moderation, article publication, resource packaging, archive metadata, claim-status labels, corrections, and public presentation.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans, event passes, protected resources, or institutional access may be processed by third-party payment providers. Prices, renewal terms, cancellations, refunds, and tax handling should be shown clearly at checkout or in the account billing area.
7. Conduct
Users must not abuse live sessions, harass participants, submit knowingly false evidence, interfere with platform security, scrape protected resources, bypass access controls, or misrepresent Clerisi outputs.
8. Intellectual property
Clerisi materials, page designs, editorial outputs, resources, archive structures, and format language remain protected unless expressly licensed otherwise.
9. Disclaimers and limitation
Clerisi provides structured discussion and knowledge materials for informational and educational purposes. Public arguments, claims, editorial assessments, and resources may remain incomplete, contested, or subject to correction.
10. Changes
Clerisi may update these terms as its participation tools, billing models, archive features, editorial practices, and access arrangements change.
